Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, ensuring it's well coated with the creamy sauce.
