Ingredients:
- 400 g salmon fillet- 1 onion
- 2 potatoes
- 200 ml cream
- 1 liter fish stock
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 100 ml fresh dill, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the onion and potatoes.2. Heat the butter in a pot and sauté the onion until soft.
3. Add the potatoes and fish stock to the pot, and cook for about 10 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
4. Cut the salmon fillet into strips and add to the soup. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
5. Stir in the cream, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Allow the soup to heat through.
6. Finally, add the fresh dill and mix well.
7. Serve hot with bread on the side.
