Delicious and easy-to-make cocoa mini muffins, perfect for birthday parties or any occasion. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: About 43-45 mini muffins
Ingredients:
- 150 g butter - 1 dl sugar
- 2 dl brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1.5 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl hazelnut flour
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions:
1. Cream the softened butter and sugars together until fluffy. 2. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients and then add them to the butter mixture along with the heavy cream.
4. Spoon the muffin batter into a piping bag (or a sturdy plastic bag with a corner cut off) and pipe into mini muffin tins.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven.
