Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the onions. Sauté until soft.
3. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
4. Pour the cooking cream into the pan and mix well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce. Add a little reserved cooking water if the sauce is too thick.
7. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
