A delicious and moist dessert perfect for celebrations or coffee breaks. Preparation time is about 1 hour, and the recipe serves approximately 8 people.
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for fan oven).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
5. Stir in the all-purpose flour, vanilla sugar, and salt until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the surface is set but the center is still slightly gooey.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or top with whipped cream for decoration.
