Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes are softened.
4. Stir in the torn basil leaves and season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with the tomato and basil mixture.
6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
