Ingredients:
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
