Ingredients:
- 300g spaghetti
- 4 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and mix well, allowing the pasta to absorb the flavors.
6. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
