Ingredients:

- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and juicy.
4. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and toss to combine everything well.
5. Remove from heat and mix in the fresh basil.
6. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
