Ingredients:
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
4. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and toss to combine. Add the fresh basil and mix well.
5. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
