Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 400g cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, a handful
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes soften.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with the tomatoes and garlic.
5. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil leaves.
6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
