Description: Delightfully sweet muffins packed with chocolate-covered toffee caramel pieces. Perfect for a treat or dessert!

Ingredients:
- Chocolate-covered toffee caramels
- 2 dl (about ¾ cup) of cottage cheese
- 1 dl (about ⅓ cup) of rapeseed oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl (about ½ cup) of sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla sugar
- 2 dl (about ¾ cup) of all-purpose flour
- 1 dl (about ⅓ cup) of buckwheat flakes (optional)
- 1 dl (about 1 tbsp) of baking powder
- For greasing: butter
- Breadcrumbs
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Slice the room temperature chocolate-covered toffee caramels into pieces using an egg slicer, then cut the slices into smaller cubes.
3. Grease and dust a muffin or small cake pan with breadcrumbs.
4. Mix the chocolate toffee caramel cubes into the dry ingredients.
5. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, rapeseed oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Whisk well.
6. Add the dry ingredients and toffee caramel mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter.
7. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin pan.
8. Bake in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for about 15 minutes.
