Ingredients:

- 225 g butter
- 180 g brown sugar
- 180 ml brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 360 ml all-purpose flour
- 240 ml rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 dark chocolate bar (about 100 g)
- 120 ml pecans, walnuts, or hazelnuts

Instructions:

1. Cream the room temperature butter and sugars together until smooth and fluffy.
2. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, oats, baking powder, and salt) and add to the butter mixture.
4. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and roughly chop the nuts, then fold them into the dough.
5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (about 9 cookies per sheet), allowing for spreading during baking.
6. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 9-10 minutes (for convection ovens, 180°C / 350°F for the same time).
