Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate - 100 g white chocolate
- 150 g cream
- 100 g fresh berries (e.g., raspberries and strawberries)
- 50 g nuts (e.g., hazelnuts or almonds)
- 4 servings of chocolate cake or brownies
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 100 ml milk
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark and white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. 2. Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then add vanilla extract and powdered sugar.
3. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until combined.
4. Cut the chocolate cake or brownies into desired-sized pieces.
5. Arrange the chocolate cake pieces on a serving platter.
6. Spoon the chocolate cream over the cake pieces.
7. Garnish with fresh berries and nuts.
8. Serve with milk.
