A delicious Mexican coffee beverage that combines coffee, cinnamon, and piloncillo for a unique flavor experience. Perfect enjoyed hot, at room temperature, or cold.

Ingredients:
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons ground coffee
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 tablespoons piloncillo sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1 star anise flower (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Boil the water in a saucepan.
2. Add the cinnamon stick and piloncillo sugar to the boiling water. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
3. Add the ground coffee and salt. Stir well and let it steep for another 5 minutes.
4. Strain the coffee into cups and garnish with a star anise flower if desired.
5. Enjoy hot, at room temperature, or chilled from the refrigerator.
