Ingredients:
- 200 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)- 150 g dates, pitted
- 50 g cocoa mass or raw cocoa powder
- 100 g coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Berries or fruits for decoration (e.g., blueberries or raspberries)
Instructions:
1. Soak the nuts in water for about 2 hours, then rinse and drain them.2. Blend the nuts, dates, cocoa mass, melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and salt in a food processor until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a springform pan lined with parchment paper and press it down into an even layer.
