Ingredients:

- 500 g beef (e.g., sirloin or flank)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
- 1/2 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1/2 cup pear or apple (grated, optional)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Slice the beef into thin strips.
2. Prepare the marinade by combining soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger, green onions, grated pear/apple, and black pepper in a bowl.
3. Add the beef strips to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated beef strips to the skillet and cook quickly until the meat is done (about 5-7 minutes).
5. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately with rice or salad.
