A delicious Korean dish featuring marinated beef with a sweet and savory glaze. Best served with noodles and a fruity red wine. Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 500 g beef (e.g., sirloin) - 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 green onion (sliced)
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- 1 bell pepper (julienned)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Slice the beef into thin strips. 2. Prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and black pepper in a bowl.
3. Add the beef to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the marinated beef. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
5. Add the sliced green onion, carrot, and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for a few more minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
6. Serve the bulgogi with noodles and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
