A delicious chicken pie perfect for weekend meals or gatherings. Full of flavor and easy to make! Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients
- 400 g honey-marinated chicken fillet strips - ½ dl oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 onion
- 2½ dl milk (lactose-free)
- 450 g stir-fry vegetables
- 1 packet dry yeast
- ½ tsp dried basil
- Butter for frying
- ½ tsp dried savory
- ½ tsp salt
- 2½ dl bread flour
- A few pinches of pepper mix
- 2 tsp curry
- 2 eggs
Instructions
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onion. Sauté the onion until it is soft. 2. Add the chicken fillet strips to the pan and cook until they are done. Season with paprika powder, salt, pepper mix, curry, and dried herbs.
3. Add the stir-fry vegetables to the pan and cook for a few more minutes until the vegetables are warmed through.
4. In a bowl, mix the milk, eggs, and dry yeast. Gradually add the bread flour while stirring.
5. Pour the chicken mixture onto the pie crust base and spread it evenly.
6. Pour the milk and egg mixture over the chicken mixture.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
