Ingredients
Crust: - 150 g margarine
- 2 1/4 dl bread flour
- 1 dl grated cheese
- 3 tbsp sour cream
Filling:
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl milk
- 2 dl grated cheese (e.g., Emmental or Gouda)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Melt the margarine and let it cool slightly. 2. In a bowl, mix the bread flour, grated cheese, and sour cream.
3. Pour the melted margarine into the mixture and knead until a dough forms.
4. Press the dough into the bottom and sides of a pie dish.
5. Pre-bake the crust at 200°C (392°F) for about 10 minutes.
6. In another bowl, combine the filling ingredients (eggs, milk, grated cheese, salt, and pepper).
7. Pour the filling over the pre-baked crust.
8. Bake the pie in the oven for another 25-30 minutes, until the filling is set and the top is a beautiful golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
