A delicious and impressive chicken meatloaf cake filled with a tasty feta, sun-dried tomato, and basil filling. This dish is easy to prepare and perfect for festive occasions.

Serving Size: 6-8

Ingredients:

- 800 g ground chicken
- 1 1/2 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 2 dl chicken broth (or 2 dl hot water + 1/2 chicken broth cube)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 apple, peeled and grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp oil from sun-dried tomatoes
Filling (can be halved):
- 1/2 can feta cheese, cubed
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 bunch of fresh basil, chopped

Instructions:

1. Mix the heavy cream and chicken broth together, then let the breadcrumbs soak in the mixture for a moment.
2. In a bowl, combine the remaining meatloaf ingredients and then add the cream-broth-breadcrumb mixture. Knead the mixture well.
3. Grease a loaf pan with oil.
4. Place half of the meat mixture into the pan, create a well, and add the filling. Spread the remaining meat mixture on top and smooth the surface.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 40-45 minutes.
