Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup potato flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup cream
- 200 g fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- Vanilla sugar to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a 25 cm (10 inch) springform pan with parchment paper.
2. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding the sugar.
3. Carefully fold the egg yolks into the whipped egg whites. Mix the potato flour and baking powder together, then gently fold this mixture into the batter.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through. Allow it to cool.
5. Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then sweeten with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
6. Slice the cooled cake in half and fill with whipped cream and berries. Decorate the top of the cake with more berries and whipped cream.
7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
