Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle or spaghetti)
- 200 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., button or chanterelles)
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until they are soft.
4. Add the chopped mushrooms to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown.
5. Pour the cooking cream into the pan and mix well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
6. Add the fresh spinach to the sauce and stir until the spinach is slightly wilted.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce and serve immediately. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the servings.
