Ingredients:
- 1 kg beef fillet (or pork)
- 100 g salt
- Plastic wrap
Instructions:
1. Clean the fillet thoroughly and remove any membranes.
2. Prepare the brine: dissolve 100 g of salt in 1 liter of water.
3. Place the fillet in the brine and let it soak for about one hour.
4. Rinse the fillet from the brine and dry it well with paper towels.
5. Roll the fillet tightly into a log using plastic wrap.
6. Allow the log to shape in the refrigerator overnight.
7. Serve sliced, for example on bread or with salad.
