Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly in the creamy garlic sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
