A rich and decadent chocolate cake perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (175°C for fan ovens).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over a water bath or in the microwave.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy.
4. Combine the melted chocolate-butter mixture with the egg mixture and mix well.
5. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. The cake is done when a thin crust forms on top, but the center remains slightly gooey.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy it plain or with whipped cream.
