Ingredients:
- Whole chicken - 0.33-liter can of beer (e.g., Lager)
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions:
1. Rub the entire chicken with salt and black pepper, using a generous amount for seasoning.2. Insert the can of beer into the chicken's cavity and secure the chicken with kitchen twine if necessary.
3. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and roast the chicken with the can for about one hour. You can also use a roasting bag to maximize moisture.
4. If grilling, wrap the chicken in foil with the can and initially give it color and smoke directly over the flames.
5. Grill carefully and check for doneness after about 40 minutes.
6. Once the chicken is cooked, carefully remove the can and shred the meat.
7. Enjoy the juicy and moist chicken!
