Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or in the microwave.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
3. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
4. Stir in the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt until a smooth batter forms.
5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
