Ingredients:

- 3 ripe bananas
- 100 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 g dark chocolate (chopped)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.
2. In a saucepan, brown the butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma. Let it cool.
3. Mash the bananas in a bowl, then add the sugar and browned butter. Mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the banana mixture, stirring gently.
6. Fold in the chopped dark chocolate and vanilla extract until evenly mixed.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
