- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 50 g feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.2. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for a moment until golden brown.
3. Season the chicken breast fillets with lemon juice, honey, salt, black pepper, and rosemary. Add them to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until the chicken is cooked through.
4. Add the cherry tomatoes and spinach to the skillet. Sauté for a few more minutes until the spinach has wilted and the tomatoes are soft.
5. Serve the chicken alongside the vegetables, and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
