Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme)
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into long strips.2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
3. Place the potato strips in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the spices coat all the potatoes.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 20-25 minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
6. Remove the fries from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
