A delightful sandwich perfect for celebrations and openings. Preparation time is only 20 minutes and this recipe serves about 8 people.

Ingredients:

- 8 slices of rye burger buns
- 200 g cream cheese
- 150 g smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- 1 dl fresh herbs (such as dill and chives)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Spread cream cheese on the inside of the rye burger buns.
2. Slice the avocado and arrange the slices on top of the cream cheese.
3. Add the smoked salmon on top of the avocado.
4. Sprinkle fresh herbs over the salmon and squeeze lemon juice on top.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Place the top half of the bun upside down and cut the sandwiches in half.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
