- 200 g pumpkin (diced)
- 100 g cherry tomatoes (fresh or canned)
- 50 g walnuts (chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 g cheese (e.g., mozzarella or parmesan)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Prepare the pizza dough and roll it out into a thin layer.
3. Mix the olive oil and minced garlic together. Brush the mixture over the pizza dough.
4. Evenly distribute the diced pumpkin over the dough.
5. Spread the cherry tomatoes on top of the pumpkin.
