A delicious blue cheese savory pancake perfect for brunch or a light dinner. Preparation time is about 30 minutes and serves 4.
Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 50 g butter (melted)
- 3 dl milk
- 100 g blue cheese (crumbled)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and white pepper together.
2. Add the eggs and melted butter to the flour mixture.
3. Gradually pour in the milk while stirring to form a smooth batter.
4. Fold in the crumbled blue cheese and mix well.
5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter for cooking.
6. Pour batter into the pan and cook until the pancake surface is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
7. Repeat until all the batter is used.
8. Serve warm with a side of salad or yogurt.
