Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter - 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan. 2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs together until light and fluffy.
4. Add the melted butter and chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir well.
5. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and vanilla sugar. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the batter, alternating with the milk.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
