Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the chocolate mixture, stirring until well combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy it as is or with whipped cream.
