Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 ml milk
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and let it cool.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Add the melted butter and mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the egg mixture, alternating with the milk.
6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-35 minutes.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
