A delicious mushroom salad that makes a perfect side dish for any meal, packed with flavor!

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., button mushrooms or chanterelles)
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Clean the mushrooms and chop them into small pieces.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
3. Heat a splash of oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms over medium heat until they are cooked and the moisture has evaporated. Add the onion to the pan and sauté for a few more minutes.
4. Allow the mushroom mixture to cool.
5. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
6. Add the cooled mushroom mixture to the dressing and mix well.
7. Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
