A delicious dish that combines the savory flavors of herring and anchovies, enhanced with the freshness of dill. Perfect for a weekday meal or a special occasion! Preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
- 400 g herring fillets - 100 g anchovies (in a jar)
- 2 tbsp dill (fresh or dried)
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 g breadcrumbs
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). 2. Rinse the herring fillets in cold water and pat them dry lightly.
3. In a bowl, mix together the anchovies, dill, mustard, and salt.
4. Place half of the herring fillets in a baking dish. Spread the anchovy mixture evenly over the fillets.
5. Layer the remaining herring fillets on top of the anchovy mixture.
6. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the dish.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow the bake to cool slightly before serving.
