Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup olives (black or green), sliced
- 150 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, olives, and feta.
3. Add the chopped basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Toss well to combine.
