Ingredients:
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed (or substitute with bran, soy, almond flour, or protein powder)
- Sweetener to taste (optional)
- 1 large egg
- 1-2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter or coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, such as a cereal bowl.
2. Add the baking powder, ground flaxseed, and sweetener (if using) to the melted fat and mix well.
3. Crack the egg into the mixture and stir until fully combined.
