A delicious and comforting pasta dish coated in a rich garlic cream sauce.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine or spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir continuously for about 2-3 minutes until the cream thickens slightly.
4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toss the cooked pasta in the garlic cream sauce until well coated.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
