Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free flour - 1/2 cup protein powder (e.g., vanilla or cinnamon)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk (or plant-based alternative)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup nuts or seeds (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, protein powder, almond flour, cinnamon, and salt. 2. Add the honey (or maple syrup), milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until the dough is smooth.
3. If desired, fold in the nuts or seeds.
4. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and level the surface.
5. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 10-12 minutes, until the bars are firm.
6. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
