Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free oats- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cinnamon-flavored protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup nuts or dried fruits (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.2. In a bowl, mix together the gluten-free oats, almond flour, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Add the honey and milk to the mixture and stir until the dough is smooth.
