A traditional Hungarian goulash, hearty and flavorful, perfect for warm meals.

Ingredients:
- 500 g beef (cubed)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 tbsp sweet paprika
- 3 potatoes (cubed)
- 2 bell peppers (cubed)
- 1 liter beef broth
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they are soft.
2. Add the crushed garlic and cubed beef. Brown the meat on all sides.
3. Stir in the paprika and cook for a moment longer.
4. Add the potatoes, bell peppers, and beef broth to the pot. Incorporate the bay leaves, salt, and pepper.
5. Simmer the goulash on low heat for about 1.5 hours, until the meat is tender.
6. Serve the goulash topped with fresh parsley and enjoy!
