A creamy garlic sauce that's a perfect addition to potatoes and other dishes. This modern version includes mayonnaise while preserving the traditional aioli flavor. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup mayonnaise - 3-4 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- (optional) fresh herbs, such as parsley or basil
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and crushed garlic. 2. Add the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Taste and adjust the seasoning by adding more salt or lemon juice if needed.
4. If using herbs, finely chop them and stir into the sauce.
