A delicate and creamy garlic sauce, perfect as a dip or accompaniment to many dishes. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: Approximately 200 ml
Ingredients:
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
- About 100 ml olive oil or canola oil
- 2-3 garlic cloves
Instructions:
1. Peel the garlic cloves and crush them in a mortar with a pinch of salt and one tablespoon of oil.
2. Transfer the crushed garlic to a blender.
3. Add the egg yolks and the remaining oil while the blender is running.
4. Finally, add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Blend until smooth and serve.
