A delicious and easy-to-make perch dish that combines the aromas of Thai basil and rosemary, along with the freshness of lime and white wine.

Ingredients:
- 1 perch (approx. 150 g)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh Thai basil
- Fresh rosemary
- 1 lime
- About 1 cup of dry white wine
Instructions:
1. Rinse the perch under cold water and pat dry gently with a paper towel.
2. Season the perch with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
4. Place the perch in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the fish is cooked through and beautifully golden brown.
5. Squeeze the juice of the lime over the perch and add the white wine to the pan.
6. Add the fresh Thai basil and rosemary leaves to the pan.
7. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for a few minutes to blend the flavors.
8. Serve immediately with your choice of side dish.
