Delicious and chewy chocolate cookies perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 125 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g chocolate chunks
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg until light and fluffy.
3. Add the melted butter to the mixture and mix well.
4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
6. Fold in the chocolate chunks.
7. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake the cookies at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-12 minutes.
9. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a moment before serving.
