Ingredients:
- 0.3 tbsp Rosehip powder - 1 cup Unsweetened blueberry juice
- 1 cup 0.3% fat lactose-free quark
- 2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 1 plate (2 cups) Mixed berries
- 2 tbsp Almond flour
- 2 tbsp Flaxseeds
- 1.3 cups Lactose-free light milk
- 0.5 cup 0.3% fat lactose-free quark
- 2 tbsp Bran mix
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender. 2. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!
